Ariel “Ari” Stein can not be held responsible for a clients actions or reactions related to information discussed during a psychic reading, tarot, mediumship consultation. Any information Ariel “Ari” provides is his own interpretation of visual, audio, or other messages he receives from Spirits. Connecting with a specific spirit is not guaranteed, but it will certainly be pursued during a reading. Any references to the future, forthcoming life events are not guaranteed to occur since a persons actions ultimately determine the outcome of their own life experiences. If any medical, psychological information is discussed during a reading it is understood that Ariel “Ari”is not a psychiatric or medical doctor and has no previous professional training. He suggests that clients seek professional advice from a medical or psychiatric doctor for any physical or emotional issues that trouble them.

Privacy Policy
All information given to Shelter the Moon, Ariel “Ari” Stein is private and confidential. No information will be sold or shared with a third party source or be given to anyone for any reason.
Cancellation Policy
Ariel “Ari” Stein reserves the right to cancel an appointment for a reading or any other service at any time without explanation. Ari will most certainly give advance notice of a cancellation via text message and email, he will offer to reschedule an appointment at a more convenient day and time. He also asks that clients offer the same courtesy when they must cancel or reschedule.
Payment Policy
Readings and all services are paid upfront upon booking. $40 of the fee is a non-refundable reservation fee. Any cancellations that are within 24 hrs of your scheduled session are completely non-refundable.

For group readings, parties and events there is a 50% reservation fee at the time of booking that is non-refundable and will go towards your booking.

Email readings will be completed within 5 days of the request. Payment is due at the time of request and is non-refundable.
